Gold Medalist Certificate Awarded to Out of Uniform

The 2010-2011 edition of Out of Uniform, Nightingale’s Middle School literary and art journal, was awarded a Gold Medalist Certificate from the Columbia Scholastic Press Association.

Published each spring, the journal contains many wonderful examples of Middle School student writing and artwork, ranging from essays, poetry, and stories to photography, drawings, and more. Congratulations to the 2010-2011 editorial staff, Miranda Bannister ’15, Evelyn Elgart ’15, Janie Hendrickson ’15, and Allegra Lorenzotti ’15; the student contributors;  and faculty advisors Mark Donovan, Betsey Osborne, and Maggie Tobin!
