Centering Hearts and Minds at Health and Wellness Day

Nested intentionally in between the fall and spring semester, Upper School’s annual Health and Wellness Day offers an opportunity for students to take a break from core curricular topics and engage in health-related workshops or wellness moments of their choosing. This year, students participated in sessions that centered topics like intuitive eating, positive thinking, mindfulness, and more. To conclude the day, students welcomed this year’s featured speaker Lindsay Kite, co-author of More Than a Body: Your Body Is in Instrument, Not an Ornament.
