New Online Health Record System

We are pleased to announce that Nightingale is shifting from a paper-based health record system to a new secure, user-friendly Web-based program for your daughter's medical, immunization, and personal health information. Magnus Health Student Medical Record (SMR) is an exciting tool that will not only save time and paper, but will also provide us with instant access to important health-related information in the event of an emergency. To learn more about the program, please visit nightingale.org/health.

You should have received an e-mail with log-on instructions for your daughter's Magnus Health SMR account. Following your initial sign-in, you will be able to update your temporary password, complete the online portion of the process, and download the required forms. In the coming school years, you will simply return to Magnus Health and update your account(s) with any new details or changes in your daughter's profile.

We understand that the implementation of any new system requires a bit of a learning curve, and we are more than happy to assist in any way that we can.

End of Year Information for Class XII

It is difficult to fathom that Commencement is less than a month away and that your daughters are about to finish exams and head into “Senior Weeks.” In order to keep the end of the year as pleasant and productive as possible, please download and return (as appropriate) the information requested in the documents linked below. If you have any questions about plans for seniors, please call Ms. du Nouy, Ms. Beveridge, or Ms. Longley. We are all proud of the accomplishments of the Class of 2012 and look forward to a terrific final month with them.

Music Forms

RISING CLASS IV
Last month, our string teachers presented the three instruments to all Class III students. Please discuss these instruments with your daughter and help her select her first and second choice. We will do our best to place every girl in her first choice class, but we cannot make any guarantees. Once she has determined her preferences, please click here to download our instrument form and make the appropriate selections. If your daughter currently studies violin, viola, or cello, please indicate this on the form and include length of study and her private teacher’s name as well. Kindly return the form to Ms. Alexander so we may begin addressing our staffing needs for next year.

RISING CLASS VII

Lower School Silhouettes Available for Purchase

Individual hand-cut silhouettes of each Lower School girl are now available for purchase! These are duplicates of the silhouettes that were framed by grade and auctioned off at Nightingale’s recent benefit; each silhouette has been matted and now stands on its own as an original, intricate work of art! These priceless pieces are $35 each, and all proceeds directly support each and every Nightingale girl.
