Important End-of-Year Information for Class XII
Commencement is just around the corner, and in order to keep the end of the year as pleasant and productive as possible, we have prepared a series of letters, forms, and schedules. Please download and review the documents linked below and return (as appropriate) the information requested. If you have any questions about plans for seniors, please call Ms. du Nouy, Ms. Beveridge, or Mr. Burke. We are all proud of the accomplishments of the Class of 2012 and look forward to a terrific final month with them.

Music Forms for Rising Class IV, V, and VII Students
Rising Class IV Students
Click here to download the Class IV form to indicate whether your daughter plans to pursue the violin, viola, or cello next year. If your daughter currently studies any of these instruments, please indicate this on the form and include length of study and her private teacher’s name as well. Kindly return the form to Ms. Hart by Monday, May 23.
Rising Class V Students
Click here to download the Class V form to indicate whether your daughter plans to continue with her string class or join the Orff ensemble next year. We ask that you have your daughter's private teacher sign this form and return it to Ms. Hart by Monday, May 7.
Rising Class VII Students
Click here to download the Class VII Music form to indicate whether your daughter plans to participate in chorus or orchestra. Please return all completed forms to Ms. Abby Balafas, head of the music department, by Monday, May 14.

Class VIII Portrait Sale
The Nightingale yearbook staff will be taking portraits of Class VIII students on Friday, June 8 to commemorate the Moving Up Ceremony. Proceeds from the sale of these portraits will help fund the senior prom. If you would like to purchase a photo of your daughter, click here to download and complete the order form.
Please return the order form to the front desk by Monday, May 14 in an envelope clearly addressed to Mrs. Guzmán c/o Eighth Grade Portrait Sale. Please enclose either cash or a check made out to the Nightingale-Bamford School.
