Fall 2018 Preseason

The schedule below is tentative and may change as preseason approaches.

Trip to West Point: Friday, August 24

Please note that all teams will spend the day at West Point on Friday, August 24. Buses will depart from Nightingale at 8:15 a.m. and return at approximately 6:00 p.m.

Cross Country

Monday, August 20–Thursday, August 23: 8:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m.

Monday, August 27–Thursday, August 30: 8:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m.

Soccer

Monday, August 20–Thursday, August 23: 8:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.

Monday, August 27–Thursday, August 30: 8:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.

Volleyball*

Monday, August 20–Thursday, August 23: 8:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.

Monday, August 27–Thursday, August 30: 8:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.

*Once teams are divided into varsity and junior varsity, practice times will shift.

Preparing for Preseason

Please be sure to arrive for preseason in good athletic condition, as you will be expected to attend and participate fully in all practices. Below are sport-specific lists of items you will need to bring with you to all preseason practices.
