Look forward to two fun days of activities for Reunion 2024, including:

Friday, May 17

Reunion Kickoff Brunch | 12:00–1:30 p.m.

  • Join your classmates for a casual brunch to kick start the Reunion 2024 celebration!

Observe a class: Session #1 | 1:30–2:30 p.m.

  • Visit classes in the Lower, Middle, and Upper Schools and experience Nightingale's latest learning.

50th Reunion Class of 1974 Roundtable with Head of School Paul Burke | 2:30–3:30 p.m.

  • Members of the Class of 1974 are invited to a special program to celebrate their 50th milestone Reunion with a roundtable with Head of School Paul A. Burke.

Observe a class: Session #2 | 2:30–3:30 p.m.

  • Visit classes in the Lower, Middle, and Upper Schools and experience Nightingale's latest learning.

Second Century Talks: STEM | 3:30–4:30 p.m.

  • Learn about the strategic vision for Nightingale’s future with our Second Century talks about science, technology, engineering, and math from Head of Upper School Nichole Foster-Hinds in conversation with fellow faculty and STEM students.

Schoolhouse tours with student tour guides | 4:30–6:00 p.m.

  • Explore the Schoolhouse with student tour guides! Staggered start times.

Alumnae Chorus Rehearsal | 5:00–6:00 p.m.

  • Alumnae from all years can participate in the Alumnae Chorus led by Director of Performing Arts, Michael Goede. Sheet music and practice tracks will be shared prior to rehearsal. The chorus will perform alongside the Upper School Chamber Chorus at the All Alumnae Cocktail Reception.

All Alumnae Cocktail Reception | 6:00–8:00 p.m.

  • Join this festive reception to connect with your classmates, hear the Alumnae Chorus and Upper School Chamber Chorus, take Class Photos, and celebrate the winners of the Reunion Cup! The Class of 2014 will also open their 10 year letters.

Saturday, May 18

Second Century Talks: Global Education | 10:00–11:00 a.m.

  • Learn about how Nightingale prepares our students to be global citizens in our Second Century Talk about Global Education from program director Damaris Wollenburg Maclean ‘97 and students who have participated in the program.

Schoolhouse tours with student tour guides | 11:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.

  • Explore the Schoolhouse with student tour guides!

Open Roof play for alumnae and alumnae children | 11:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.

  • Alumnae are welcome to bring their children and families to join current Nightingale families to play on the roof playground!

*Nightingale can provide childcare from 12:00-3:30 p.m. for school-aged children. Those interested in childcare must register to ensure space is reserved.

Alumnae of Color Social | 11:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.

  • Alumnae of color from all class years are invited to come together, celebrate and engage, by building and deepening connections across class years.

Reunion Luncheon & Alumnae Award Winners | 12:00–1:30 p.m.

  • Connect with your fellow classmates, hear from Head of School Paul A. Burke, take class photos, and celebrate the Alumnae Award winners at this marquis Reunion event!

Second Century Talks: Go Beyond Athletics Strategic Plan | 1:30–2:30 p.m.

  • Learn about the recently-launched athletics strategic plan Go Beyond and the transformative vision for Nightingale athletics from Director of Athletics and Physical Education Mandy Cecil and our Nighthawk student athletes.

LGBTQIA+ Social | 2:30–3:30 p.m.

  • Alums from all class years who identify as LGBTQIA+ are invited to come together, celebrate and engage, by building and deepening connections across class years.

The Reunion Cup Challenge is a spirited competition in which milestone year classes compete for the highest participation in the Nightingale Fund. Make your gift today and help advance your class’ standing.

The 2024 Reunion Cup Champion Class will be announced during the cocktail reception on May 17. A gift of any size counts, and all donors from the winning class will receive special Nightingale Champion swag!

At each Reunion, we honor two alumnae with these awards:

Distinguished Alumnae Achievement Award

The Distinguished Alumnae Achievement Award is granted to a Nightingale-Bamford School alumna who has built upon her Nightingale education and achieved significant accomplishments in her professional life, or for distinguished human service to her community, state, or nation.

Distinguished Alumnae Service Award

The Distinguished Alumnae Service Award is granted to a Nightingale-Bamford School alumna who has demonstrated outstanding service and devotion to the school throughout her lifetime.
