Recommendations from your daughter's 2020-2021 math and English teachers are required for admission. Additionally, you are welcome to submit optional recommendations from your daughter's 2019-2020 math and English teachers, as well, due to the shift in learning environments throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. You will find the link for recommendation forms in the online application checklist.

6.

Request School Transcripts

Request that your daughter's current school send school records directly to Nightingale. The school records request form will be available through the online application checklist.

7.

Submit ISEE/SSAT Standardized Test Scores

Nightingale has suspended its requirement that all students applying to Middle School submit ISEE or SSAT scores during the 2020-21 admission cycle. At your own discretion, you may still submit the ISEE or SSAT for Classes V-VIII for consideration. Official ISEE or SSAT score reports will be required only for those students who elect to submit standardized test scores as part of the admission process. Scores are valid from April 1 of the prior school year; i.e., for the 2021-2022 academic year, all tests must be taken after April 1, 2020. To ensure Nightingale receives official score reports, Nightingale's school codes are ISEE code: 333860 and SSAT code: 5340
