This month, Class VIII–X students attended a performance of the play Le Mariage de Figaro by Beaumarchais, presented in French with English subtitles at the Chain Theatre. Class X has previously attended the opera Le Barbier de Séville in March, the first installment in Beaumarchais's trilogy. As a surprise, Madame Anderson even performed in the play—much to the delight of her students!
