This year, the athletic board introduced a new honor: the G.O.A.T. (Greatest of All Time) Award for each season. This award is presented to one athlete who embodies the essence of Nightingale's athletic excellence.

The athletic board and the coaching staff reviewed the statistics of each individual athlete this season, as well as how they exemplified the quality of leadership on their team. Each coach and athletic board member voted and the inaugural Nightingale G.O.A.T. Award has been awarded to Ashi B. ’26 for her outstanding cross country season this fall!

Ashi won every AAIS League meet she raced in and captured 1st place overall at the AAIS Championship meet. The star captain followed that by finishing 2nd overall in the NYSAIS Championships. To conclude an incredible season, Ashi participated in the New York State Federation meet in Wappinger Falls where she competed against the state's elite.
