Parabolic Paths in Algebra II

Algebra II students created parabolic shapes by throwing, serving, or bouncing a football, a volleyball, and a kickball. They were tasked with determining the equation for each of the three graphs by using the following three methods for each ball: a system of equations, matrices, and quadratic regression. Using the information gathered and the equation, they then sketched the graph for each of the three parabolic paths and answered a series of analysis questions.
